At Vapt Net, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products. We understand that there may be times when you wish to return an item. For these situations, we have created a return and refund policy that meets both the requirements of the law and your needs as a customer.

Conditions for Exchange or Return

To return or exchange a product, it must be in its original condition, unused and in the same packaging in which it was received. In addition, it is necessary to present the purchase receipt.

Deadlines

According to the Consumer Protection Code, you can request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving the product. After this period, we cannot accept exchange or return requests.

Procedures

To request an exchange or return, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact our customer support through our support platform;
  2. Please inform the reason for the return or exchange;
  3. You will receive a return tracking code to send the product back;
  4. Send the product back in its original packaging and with the invoice;
  5. Once we receive the product, we will process your request.

Defective Products

If you have received a defective product, please follow our standard return procedure. Once we receive your product, we will inspect it. If we confirm the defect, you will have the option of receiving a new product or a full refund.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed upon arrival and inspection of the returned item at our store. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used to purchase the item. Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed.

Exceptions

Products purchased on sale cannot be returned or exchanged. Personalized products or products with signs of use are also not eligible for return or exchange.
